SeaRenergy signs long-term charter for BOS Prelude with Britoil to enhance offshore supply operations
Posted on March 26, 2025Hamburg, March 21, 2025 – SeaRenergy has signed a long-term charter agreement with Britoil Offshore Services for the Platform Supply Vessel (PSV) BOS Prelude, strengthening its offshore supply capabilities in the North Sea. The vessel will not only be deployed under SeaRenergy’s multi-year offshore infrastructure contract with Siemens Energy, supporting the installation & commissioning of converter platforms but also be available for any other supply duties in the German Bight and the UK.
Tidal Transit and Britoil Offshore Services expand into South Korea Offshore Wind
Posted on February 4, 2025Tidal Transit, UK-headquartered supplier of purpose-design crew transfer vessels (CTVs) for the offshore wind industry, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Britoil Offshore Services (Singapore) and Sky Offshore (South Korea) to develop, fund, build and operate offshore support vessels for the South Korean offshore wind industry.
The Britoil Defiance is the latest vessel to join the Britoil fleet, and arrived in Singapore on 27th November after a voyage from China which involved avoiding two typhoons. The Defiance was under the command of Captain Rowen Lagcao, who was previously Master on the Britoil Discovery, and we thank him and his crew for delivering the vessel to Singapore safely.
